Join our shared course trip to Berlin, Germany and enjoy the opportunity to visit a number of advertising agencies, galleries and museums and to explore the cultural life of the city. Places are available to all students on our Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing and Creative Industries Management courses.

Detailed Description
Trip Cost
The trip cost will be in the region of £525. This includes your accommodation on a bed and breakfast board basis, travel insurance and flights. Please note that flight/trip price may fluctuate slightly prior to booking.
Making Payment
A deposit of £200 is required to secure your place on the trip. The deadline for deposits is midnight Sunday 25th October 2026.
The final balance payment will be taken on 9th December 2026.
Payment can be made via the Leeds Arts University online store. You will need to set up an account with the store and create logins in order to make payment. You will be asked to enter your passport details on making payment so please have those to hand.
Passport and visa requirements
In order to travel you will require an up-to-date passport with a date of issue of less than 10 years before the date you arrive and an expiry date at least three months afterwards. UK passport holders do not require a visa for Germany. For students travelling on other passports please check out the foreign travel advise and visa requirements for Germany for your particular country or get in touch with us if you are not sure.
Insurance and medical questionnaire
Please make sure that you disclose any health conditions, access or dietary requirements on our insurance and medical questionnaire. We collect this information to ensure your well-being on the trip and so that you are insured and staff can take appropriate action in case of accident or illness.
Cancellation
Please note that once flights are booked, deposits are non-refundable and the following Tour Operator cancellation charges apply:
More than 70 days before trip departure = forfeit deposit
70-29 days before trip departure = charge of 60% of trip cost (or total deposit if greater).
28-15 days before trip departure = charge of 80% of trip cost
14 days or less before trip departure = charge of 100% of trip cost
