The trip to Berlin is open to all BA (Hons) & MA Fine Art Students.
There are 45 places available on a first come first served basis.
This 4-day trip includes return travel from Leeds to Manchester International Airport, flights to Berlin Brandenburg Airport, hotel accommodation with breakfast included and a Welcome Travel Card – Zone ABC + Airport for the duration of the trip.
Trip Dates: Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th March 2027
Travel: Set off time from Leeds Arts University on Thursday 4th March is 04:00 am
To secure your place on the trip a non-refundable deposit of £300 needs to be paid no later than 10 :00 am on Monday 19th October 2026.

Detailed Description
Trip Cost
The total cost of the trip is approximately £571.00. This includes the following:
- Return UK airport transfers from Leeds to Manchester
- Return flights from Manchester to Berlin with 10kg baggage
- 3-night stay, bed and breakfast at Hotel Transit Loft or similar
- Berlin WelcomeCard, ABC Zone for 4 days
- Travel Insurance
Please remember the cost of the trip is subject to change due to factors such as exchange rates, and you will need to have additional money for all other meals and refreshments, some museum visits etc.
A deposit of £300 is required by Monday 19th October 2026, 10:00 AM to secure your place.

Travel Requirements
As a reminder you must hold a passport which is valid for at least three months after the date of travel. Please check the government Foreign travel advice website here for further details regarding travel requirements.
British passport holders do not need a VISA to travel, however students travelling on other passports may require one. For anyone travelling on other passports you will need to check if you will need a VISA to travel. If anyone needs any further information about this please do email headministration@leeds-art.ac.uk.
Payment Method
Payments should be made via the Leeds Arts University online store. To do this, you may need to set up an account and create login details. When making payment, you will be asked to provide your passport information, so please have these details ready.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your place on the trip, this may incur cancellation charges. You are advised to contact headministrators@leeds-art.ac.uk for more information.
