Detailed Description

• Students are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for travel and meets entry requirements for Barcelona. 

• If you have any medical, dietary or accessibility needs that may affect your participation, please communicate these to the trip leader as soon as possible.

• Full travel details, meeting points and the confirmed itinerary will be provided by the trip leader closer to departure.

• Basic travel insurance is included; however, students should check whether they require any additional personal cover.

• Room allocations will be organised by the trip leader and communicated before departure.

• Students are expected to independently manage their belongings, travel documents and personal spending during the trip.

• If you decide to cancel your place on the trip, this may incur cancellation charges. You are advised to contact headministrators@leeds-art.ac.uk for more information.
