The remaining balance for the Paris trip is £302. This payment covers the outstanding cost of the following:

Return UK rail travel from Leeds to London

Return Eurostar journey from London to Paris

4-night stay with bed and breakfast at Generator Paris

Travel insurance
Please note that spending money is not included.
The final balance is due by Wednesday 21st January 2026 at 2:00 pm.

Students are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for travel and meets entry requirements for France.

If you have any medical, dietary or accessibility needs that may affect your participation, please communicate these to the trip leader as soon as possible.

Full travel details, meeting points and the confirmed itinerary will be provided by the trip leader closer to departure.

Basic travel insurance is included; however, students should check whether they require any additional personal cover.

Room allocations will be organised by the trip leader and communicated before departure.
- Students are expected to independently manage their belongings, travel documents and personal spending during the trip.
