You are invited to participate on a graphic design course area international trip to Barcelona taking place 5th to 8th May 2027. During this trip we will be attending the famous OFFF design festival on Friday 7th May.
To secure your place on the trip a non refundable deposit of £250.00 needs to be paid no later than 10:00 AM on Monday 9th November 2026.

Detailed Description
You are invited to participate on a graphic design course area international trip to Barcelona taking place 5th to 8th May 2027. During this trip we will be attending the famous OFFF design festival on Friday 7th May. There will be speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities that will be incredibly valuable. We will also be arranging studio visits on Thursday 6th May visiting Barcelona based design and creative agencies (these will be confirmed nearer the time).
Your trip includes:
- Return travel from Leeds to Manchester Airport
- Return flights from Manchester to Barcelona with 10kg baggage
- 3 nights at Twentytu High Tech Hostel or similar, including breakfast
- Ticket to attend OFFF design festival on Friday 7th May 2027
- Travel insurance
The total trip cost is approximately £772 per person though this is subject to change due to factors such as exchange rates.

Travel Requirements
As a reminder British passport holders must hold a passport which is valid for at least three months after the date of travel. Please check the government Foreign travel advice website here for further details regarding travel requirements.
British passport holders do not need a VISA to travel, however students travelling on other passports may require one. For anyone travelling on other passports you will need to check if you will need a VISA to travel. If anyone needs any further information about this please email headministration@leeds-art.ac.uk.
Payment Method
Payments should be made via the Leeds Arts University online store. To do this, you may need to set up an account and create login details. When making payment, you will be asked to provide your passport information, so please have these details ready.
Approximate Payment Schedule
Non refundable deposit: £250.00 by 10:00 am Monday 9th November 2026
Interim Payment - OFFF Design Festival Ticket: £130.00 by 10:00 am Monday 11th January 2027
Final Payment: £392.00 by 10:00 am Wednesday 17th February 2027
Cancellation
If at any point you decide to cancel your place on the trip, you may incur cancellation charges up to the total cost of the trip. This is per the terms and conditions of the Travel provider. You are advised to contact headministrators@leeds-art.ac.uk for more information if needed.
